Organisatsioonid saavad kasutada neid t\u00f6\u00f6riistu nii personalivalikus kui ka arenduses. Sajad valiidsusuurimused n\u00e4itavad, et Hogan\u00b4i isiksusetestid ennustavad t\u00f6\u00f6sooritust. Hogan\u2019i t\u00f6\u00f6riistadega abiga saab parandada personalivalikute kvaliteeti, toetada t\u00f6\u00f6tajate enesearengut ja suurendada meeskonna t\u00f5husust. Kuna Hogan\u2019i t\u00f6\u00f6riistadega m\u00f5\u00f5detavad omadused on eriti olulised juhtimise seisukohast, siis on nad kasutusel laialdaselt just juhtide arenduses (keskastme juhtidest tippjuhtideni).<\/p>\r\n<p>Hogan\u2019i hindamist\u00f6\u00f6riistad on saadaval enam kui 50 keeles ja neid kasutavad organisatsioonid enam kui 180 riigis. Pole olemas sellist asja nagu ideaalne skoor v\u00f5i isiksuse profiil. Iga inimese tulemused n\u00e4itavad t\u00f5en\u00e4oliselt m\u00f5ningaid tugevaid k\u00fclgi ja m\u00f5ningaid v\u00f5imalikke riske. Hindamistulemustest maksimumi v\u00f5tmiseks on oluline tagasisidesessioon Hogan\u00b4i sertifitseeritud konsultandiga.<\/p>\r\n<p>Kas mu tulemused ajas muutuvad?<\/p>\r\n<p>Uurimused n\u00e4itavad, et isiksus on ajas suhteliselt stabiilne. Testit\u00e4itmise saate igal ajal peatada. Olemasolevad vastused salvestatakse automaatselt. Te saate igal ajal uuesti sisse logida, et vastamist j\u00e4tkata.
