The Head of Olympic Park Casino is responsible for supervising and managing all strategic and business aspects of Olympic Park Casino Tallinn. Role description
The Head of Olympic Park Casino is responsible for supervising and managing all strategic and business aspects of Olympic Park Casino Tallinn. You will be the first in command in Estonian biggest Flagship Casino and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success in line with group strategy. You are driven by a desire to ensure all our clients world-class entertainment experience and to lead our business to maximum productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
- Deliver the vision and mission of the company, ensure employee engagement and wellbeing.
Key focus areas
- Business growth – cross sales & marketing between online and land-based casinos; promotion of Park Casino Tallinn on international markets, poker tournaments, sports betting etc.
- Finding additional internal efficiencies (structure, roles, processes, digitalization, cooperation with other OEG´s units).
- Being a Front Person, increasing visibility of Park Casino Tallinn on domestic and international markets.

- Higher education
- Previous international managerial experience in gambling sector/or sectors that are closely related/cooperated with gambling sector
- Experience of PnL level responsibility, proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
- Team management experience & good leadership skills
- Strong decision-making ability
- Representability & excellent communication skills
- Ambitious & business oriented
- Interested in working in multicultural environment, team player
- Good English in oral and written
Good to have
- Experience of working in sports betting/online gambling sector or understanding the specifics of those sectors
- Access to potential client networks on international level
