4. Meeting with the future employer
Congratulations! You are among the strongest candidates and have been invited to a meeting with the company's representative(s). The outcome of this meeting is for you and the company to develop an interest in continuing the process.
5. We want to know more about you
At this stage, we will map your leadership potential and skills in more detail and ask permission to collect references from previous employers. We will also give you feedback on your performance.
6. You have won the competition
Great! Recruitment negotiations between you and your future employer will begin.
7. Follow up
After the first few months at work, we will contact you again to find out what is going well, what could be better, and how enthused you still are about the position.
