1. Your decision to compete
You've become familiar with the organization and the position and are now aware that this could be your next challenge.
2. The deadline approaches
Your application documents can be sent until the deadline specified in the job advertisement. Please note that we may contact you before the deadline and ask clarifying questions about your expectations and experiences. Your questions to us are also more than welcome. After the application deadline has passed, we will let you know how we will proceed.
3. First interview
We will review the information sent by you and, if necessary, ask clarifying questions. We invite you to a work-oriented interview, where we map your motivation, knowledge, experience and expectations for the future employer.
4. Meeting with the future employer
Congratulations! You are among the strongest candidates and have been invited to a meeting with the company's representative(s). The outcome of this meeting is for you and the company to develop an interest in continuing the process.
5. We want to know more about you
At this stage, we will map your leadership potential and skills in more detail and ask permission to collect references from previous employers. We will also give you feedback on your performance.
6. You have won the competition
Great! Recruitment negotiations between you and your future employer will begin.
7. Follow up
After the first few months at work, we will contact you again to find out what is going well, what could be better, and how enthused you still are about the position.
